Who we are
This website is operated by UpSynQ. For any question about this notice or your information, email hello@upsynq.com.
When you contact us
If you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, role (optional), work email, the area you're interested in and your message (optional). We also receive which page of this site you sent the form from, and which page of this site you came from before that.
We use this information only to understand your enquiry and reply to it, including follow-up conversations about it. We do not add you to a marketing list.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our inbox at hello@upsynq.com. Web3Forms handles the submission under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics — only if you allow it
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records how pages are used — for example clicks, scrolling, page views, and basic device and browser information — and sets cookies to do so. It runs only after you choose "Allow analytics". If you choose "No thanks", or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Clarity is not loaded.
The analytics events we send are named actions (for example "form submitted") and never include what you type. You can change your choice at any time with , also in the footer of every page.
Fonts and hosting
The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
On your device
We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. Clarity's cookies are set only if you allow analytics.
Keeping and deleting enquiries
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. You can ask us to see, correct or delete an enquiry you sent by emailing hello@upsynq.com.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this notice and the date above.
